COURSE OBJECTIVES

- Develop the skills, confidence, and awareness necessary to enhance your overall life and become a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with other teachers, students, practitioners, and the 3HO community in Italy and worldwide.

COURSE PROGRAM
There will be 9 weekend meetings with a new and agile format that allows participants to immediately immerse themselves in the power of Kundalini Yoga, a tool perfectly integrable into everyday life. The meetings will be complemented by a valuable 3-day residential experience at the Nabhi Center in Bologna.
Here, all participants from various Trainings will gather to practice together and experience community life.

Participation in the retreat is mandatory only for Certification and must be completed within 2 years from the start of the Training.
