If in the Level 1 Teacher Training Course, you learn the basics, understand the subject (Kundalini Yoga), and begin to discover the principles and effects of a healthy life built on positive habits that encompass every aspect of life, including daily practice, in the Level 2 course, you recognize and integrate the effects. The natural commitment to wanting to learn more and deepen your understanding of Kundalini Yoga arises, along with the understanding of how its integration into our lifestyle leads to a true transformation.

During this new journey, which will last at least two years to complete all five modules of the Level 2 course, you will focus on the five topics it addresses:

CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION

Everything in life is communication.
Organs communicate with each other. Systems communicate with each other. We communicate with each other. But if this communication doesn’t include our true Self, we end up communicating to impress someone, not to relate to others. What do we mean by communication?
And “how” do we communicate? At what level? And for what purpose? Without awareness, there is no real communication. In this course, we will discover how to awaken and maintain conscious communication.

  • The role of silence and shuniya in communication
  • The art of deep listening – shuny-ai
  • Mastering the fifth chakra
  • Recognizing your own shadow and overcoming blocks through applied consciousness

  • Using communication skills to create shared understanding with others, even those you disagree with
  • Communicating your whole Self, with awareness, kindness, and without fear. Listening, not just hearing. Elevating communication to the power of creative dialogue, so that life flows in harmony with the Infinite.

AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS

What does it mean to be in a relationship? And what makes a relationship authentic?
Exploring and understanding how we form, sustain, and honor relationships is at the core of this Level 2 module.

This module also aims to investigate and support the integration of authentic relationships into one’s life and teaching practice. Our success as Kundalini Yoga teachers and conscious human beings depends on our ability to be authentic and respond from the heart in relationships with ourselves and the world. The primary goal is to examine our relationships and enhance our effectiveness, authenticity, and awareness from within.

  • Developing community, or Sangat

  • Forgiving the past and healing the present. Freeing yourself from the wounds of love and beginning to live authentically
  • Recognizing patterns that prevent you from expressing your true Self and creating a new model: giving and receiving love with abundance, awareness, and ease.

VITALITY AND STRESS

If there is one fundamental skill to develop for this new era, it is the ability to recognize stress, in ourselves and others.
Developing the tools to transform and balance stress is crucial for finding and cultivating psychophysical balance, which can only be achieved through deep and conscious relaxation. Kundalini Yoga prepares each of us to be teachers who act with unwavering spirit, elevated caliber and character, and maintain the vitality needed to overcome any crisis.

Cycles and Lifestyles

If life progresses in a linear fashion in terms of time, day after day, year after year, the same is not true for what happens within us, in our bodies, and in our physical and mental energy.
Just like everything in nature, human beings are also governed by “cycles,” including the cycle of our destiny.
It is therefore fundamental for a truly healthy life in every sense to discover the mystery and mastery of each cycle of life, to understand and develop the disciplines and practical attitudes that allow us to face and live life in the best way possible.

Mind and Meditation

Your relationship with your mind is fundamental to realizing your true nature and potential.
Deepening the practice of meditation, clarifying the relationship between yourself and your mind, and exploring the fundamental dynamics of the mind are at the heart of this module.
Yogi Bhajan often reminded us that we come to Earth to experience our humanity and recognize the One Infinite Being that creates and is present in everything. The greatest power we have is the ability to act with a neutral mind, use intuition along with applied intelligence, and lean on the Infinite through the sacred science known as prayer.

  • Developing a relationship with your mind and Self that transcends time and space, connecting with the oneness of your identity and the Infinite.
